To ensure accessibility and inclusivity for delegate participations from countries with varying economic capacities, the conference registrations fees are structured and assigned to four categories (Group A - D) based on countries' GDP rankings.

Criteria & Connections(001972607-K) is the appointed agency authorized to process the conference registration and to accept payment of registration fees on behalf of the Malaysian Association of Veterinary Nurses and Assistants (MAVNA) for the Asian Veterinary Nursing Conference 2026 (AVNC2026).

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read and understand the Conference Registration's Cancellation Policy.
| 1. |
Conference registrations paid under Standard and On-Site rates are transferable (replacement candidate) subject to a chargeable administrative fee of RM50.
An official notification must be made to the AVNC 2026 Registration Centre (avnc2026@criteria.com.my) before 25 March 2026.

| 2. | Any cancellation made before 15 March 2026 is applicable for a 50% refund of the paid registration fees subject to a chargeable administrative fee of RM100. |
| 3. | Cancellations on/after 15 March 2026 will not be refunded. |
| 4. | Refunds will only be processed after the end of the event, 1 April 2026 onwards. |
| 5. | The Conference Registration Fees are also non-refundable for No-Shows. |
| 6. | The AVNC 2026 Secretariat reserves all rights in acceptance or refusal of any registrations and refunds. |
